Welcome to the Skoleom website (the "Store"). Skoleom provides services to you subject to the notices, terms and conditions set forth in this agreement ("Agreement"). In addition, when you use any of our services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to that service and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. We reserve the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Customers under the age of 18 should not use this site. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Skoleom hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser solely for the purpose of making purchases

another company, except as expressly authorized by us in advance. Skoleom reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, but not limited to, if we believe
that the customer's conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
Customers/users are expressly and specifically prohibited from engaging in the following:
- Committing, assisting, perpetuating a criminal offense, sending or disseminating a Trojan horse, virus, worm or any technologically harmful and obnoxious material or substance on this website.
- Engage in data mining, data harvesting, data extraction or any other similar activities in connection with this website.
- Corrupt data, hack any aspect of the service, or cause a nuisance to other users of the website.
- Sending spam (i.e., unsolicited advertising or promotional material) or a plot to disrupt the performance of the computer facilities of this website or that can be accessed through it.
- Uploading of obscene or corrupted photos or videos, such as pornography.
- Unlawful use of the website in any manner that may cause damage to the website or that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations stipulated.
Any violation of any of the terms expressly set forth herein will result in substantial and irreparable harm and will constitute a criminal offense. We will report any such contravention and violation to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and disclose your identity to them. Please be well guided, as we oppose the illegality and misuse of this website.
Placing your order
You can place an order by filling out the order form on the website and clicking the "Buy" button. When you place your order, Skoleom will assign you an order number. We will do this via email. By placing an Order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. The information contained on the website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be considered an offer by us to supply Products; however, Skoleom will make every effort to supply Products to you. Skoleom will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not officially accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures to verify the bona fides of each order placed, in order to prevent credit card or payment fraud. Skoleom reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Skoleom will confirm acceptance of your order when we email you confirming shipment of the goods you ordered. If we are unable to process or accept your order after receiving payment, Skoleom will contact you by email or telephone. Each time an order is placed, Skoleom will estimate the shipping and delivery date for you, and this will be decided based on the availability of the orders placed and the shipping options you have selected. Depending on the shipping service provider you select, shipping dates and estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for many items we sell are also based on weight. The weight of these items is listed on the details page. Please note that all prices do not include shipping and handling charges, sales taxes, and other fees required by authorities. Separate charges will be indicated on the order confirmation for each applicable order.
Termination and Effect of Termination
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, Skoleom may, without notice, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all rights granted under this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, immediately revoke any passwords and account identifiers issued to you and bar you from accessing and using all or any part of the Site. Any termination of this Agreement will not affect the respective rights and obligations (including, without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising prior to the date of termination.
Payment Methods and Processing
Skoleom currently accepts Skoleom Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay Visa and MasterCard. Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Buy" button. For credit card and PayPal payments, we will send you a tax invoice via email with your order confirmation.
Prices
Skoleom strives to offer products at the most competitive prices. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products displayed in the store at any time before you place an order. The price of the products displayed does not include shipping costs. Shipping charges are a separate charge that is listed on the product page and is calculated when you enter your zip code Please note that promotional pricing and shipping offers do not apply to wholesale, bulk or commercial orders.
Product pricing error
If a product is displayed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Skoleom has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product displayed at an incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Skoleom or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Skoleom and is protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted limited access for the purpose of viewing the material on this site. You may not publish, manipulate or distribute, in any format, copies of the content provided to you or appearing on this

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Skoleom are subject to a shipping contract. This essentially means that the risk of loss and title to these items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Notices
All notices to us should be sent to the contact information listed on this site (hi@skoleom.com). We may send a notice to you at the email or postal address you provided to us at the time of purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent or three days after the date the letter is sent). As part of the notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and mailed and, in the case of an e-mail, that the e-mail was sent to the recipients specified e-mail address.
Warranties
Skoleom makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding this website or the information and materials contained therein. Skoleom shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury caused by an attack, virus or other technologically harmful material that may destroy your data, computer system, service, computer program or other material while using this website, downloading from the website or any website linked to it.
Severability
If any of these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Skoleom or to products purchased through Skoleom shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in France. In the event of any infringement of Skoleom's intellectual property rights, Skoleom may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in France and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the relevant commercial arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrators shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
